Staff job description library
The staff job evaluation plan is used by the Job Classification Audit Committee (JCAC) to classify all permanent (type A) staff job descriptions. Classification is done using this approved 13 sub-factor rating plan which places positions on the staff pay scale based on factors such as education, experience, judgement, and complexity of work.
