Before submitting a request
Photography support is prioritised for projects that align with 糖心原创’s marketing and promotional goals. If your request falls outside this scope, we can provide a list of recommended freelance photographers. You may also be able to borrow a camera through Teaching and Learning Centre to take the photos yourself.
Photo and video consent
If identifiable individuals will appear in photos or videos used for marketing or social media, please ask them to complete the UFV photo and video release form.

Submit a photography request
Complete the form below to request photography for a promotional or marketing initiative. A copy of your submission will be sent to UFV’s Communications team, and you will receive a confirmation email for your records.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, check that you answered all security questions before submitting the form.
Please note that photography services are subject to team capacity. Submitting a request does not guarantee coverage.
