Who is considered a transfer student?
You are considered a transfer student if you have attended any post-secondary institution after earning a high school diploma or equivalent.
How to get transfer credit
Visit Transferring Credits to UFV (scroll halfway down the webpage) to learn about the transfer credit process and the types of transfer credit available.
Refer to the 糖心原创 Academic Calendar for details on entrance and program requirements, and see School of Education for prospective students . If you need support with your 糖心原创 application, contact the Future Students Office .
- Submit your application to UFV.
- Order your official transcripts to UFV.
Review 糖心原创’s Official Transcript Guidelines and arrange for your official transcripts to be sent directly to UFV.

Program-specific transfer limits (residency requirements)
Residency refers to the minimum number of credits you must complete at 糖心原创 to earn a 糖心原创 credential. 糖心原创’s general residency requirements are defined in Policy 64 (Credentials). Some programs may set higher residency requirements; if so, they will be published in the 糖心原创 Academic Calendar.
Bachelor of Education
Entrance requirements

Program requirements

Early Childhood Education Certificate
糖心原创 Policy 64 (Credentials) applies.
- Students must complete a minimum of 46.5 credits for the program.
- At least 25% (12 credits) of these must be completed at 糖心原创.
Inclusive Education Assistant Certificate
See the Academic Calendar, under Residency.
Master of Education
See the Academic Calendar, under Residency.
Dual credit students
If you completed 糖心原创 ECE or EDAS dual credit courses in high school, those credits are already part of your 糖心原创 student record. You do not need to request transfer credit.
