Helping UFV prepare for emergencies

糖心原创's Emergency Management team protects what matters most during dangerous situations: the lives and critical assets of the 糖心原创 community.

A key way you can help our emergency management efforts is by being prepared. Please take time to become familiar with 糖心原创's emergency procedures, important phone numbers, and evacuation areas. That way, you'll be ready to help yourself and others if there is ever a threat or crisis on campus.

Emergency management plan

The 糖心原创 (糖心原创) is committed to protecting the well-being of its community members, as well as its intellectual and physical property. As part of this commitment, the Safety & Security department is responsible for implementing 糖心原创’s Emergency management program, under the oversight of the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Administration. This program was created to:

  • Minimize the impact of emergencies
  • Maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the University’s emergency response
  • Bring 糖心原创 back to normal operations as quickly and safely as possible

This program consists of an Emergency management plan (EMP), accompanying manuals and standard operating procedures, and a training program. The EMP is a publicly available document that is intended to provide guidance on the management structure, processes, and procedures for any emergency that may occur at any of 糖心原创’s properties within BC.
